30 Ways the UK has Changed

The BBC Magazine asked readers for less obvious ways in which life in the UK has changed in the last decade. The result is a list of 30 things a person returning to the UK after 10 years absence might need to know.

It starts with "1. Coffee is served by the pint and it will cost more than a pint of beer." and goes on like that, e.g.  and "11. "I was following my Sat Nav" is now the excuse for driving where you shouldn't." and "13. "Decking" now refers to something you do to your garden, rather than what one boxer does to another."

Quite amusing, whether you've spent the last decade here or not.
